Dear Faculty and Staff:
As you are aware, fall ‘2016 registration which begins tomorrow will be taking place in NEST and Banner as part of the OneMontclair initiative. In order to support students through the new registration process, a Student Registration Help Center will be available and staffed by key members of the university departments involved in the process.
Undergraduate Student Registration Help will take place in Webster Hall from April 13 through April 22 from 8:30AM to 6:00PM (4:30PM on Fridays) and Graduate Student Registration Help will take place in the Graduate School Office in College Hall from April 13 through April 22 from 8:30AM to 6:00PM (4:30PM on Fridays). No appointments are needed to visit either Help Center to meet with staff regarding the registration process.
Faculty / Staff Open Labs will continue to take place daily in University Hall Room 5011 at 12PM and 4PM to answer any questions you may have regarding the new registration process and the NEST and Banner systems. A list of training courses is also available here.
The IT Service Desk will also be available to answer students’ questions about the new registration process at 973-655-7971, Option 4. Job Aids, How To Guides, FAQ’s and other Learning Resources are also available on the OneMontclair website.
