Reports

President (Amanda Kucsera):Redhawk Nite was a huge success! We had a great turnout. Many thanks to our advisor Lisa and her T.A. Darren for helping us out!.  We had the student activities fair today from 2:30-4:30. Michelle will be sending out an e-mail when our new date and location for Game Night has been finalized.  I have been updating the website with more up to date information since we do not have a web master.

Vice President (Maria Vicente): We have changed our bake sale from a St. Patrick’s day theme to a spring theme. You can still bake things for St. Patrick’s day we just want to have more of a variety since Easter is also the following week.  Since the bake sale is from 11:00-2:30 we encourage you to bake more than just sweets, for example I will be making corned beef biscuits.  Also, write what you will be bringing on the event sign up sheet so we can avoid having a surplus of one item  You don’t need to rush to do this, it can be done up to a week before the bake sale.  Also, please e-mail Michelle if you can not make it to a meeting or an event, even if it is as late as the day of.  You can get excused from meetings due to work, school or family obligations as well as illnesses so it is important that you let us know.

Secretary (Michelle Hagerty):  Just to repeat what I said last week, I will be leaving the event and attendance sheet on a table at the end of meetings so from now on you can sign up for events after the meeting is adjourned to avoid confusion during the meeting. Also, if you are a new member please fill out our member information sheet.

Treasurer (Alissa Mahadeen):  Today Amanda and I met with the SGA treasurer to go over waivers and bill procedures.

PR (Kelly Teegan): I brought fliers with me for people to hand out. If you want to take some please ask me about the rules for where you can and can not hang fliers.  I will also update our board in the Student Center outside of our office
