Reports
President (Amanda Kucsera): We raised $50 at our Spring Bake sale. Thank you to
everyone who baked and worked at it.
Vice President (Maria Vicente):
I
will be taking the leftovers from the bake sale to my cousin’s work because she
sells food every Thursday to raise money for the March of Dimes.
Secretary (Michelle
Hagerty): Please
let me know if you have an alternate e-mail address so the e-board can contact
you if there are problems with the Montclair e-mail system.
Treasurer (Alissa
Mahadeen): Christie, Victoria
and I went to the Food bank on Sunday where we sorted food.
PR (Kelly Teegan): I made fliers for H.E.A.R.T. for Heroes which I will be
getting approved and posting shortly
New Business:
Amanda- Red Hawk in April will be Earth
Day themed and we plan on doing an earth day craft. Our advisor Lisa has
graciously offered to help us out again. We will be going to get the bill
passed the week after break.
We have
been asked to co-sponsor a baby and toddlers clothing drive. I will inform you
when we learn more information regarding this.
We had a
problem regarding drivers for the food bank. Please let us know if you can’t
come to invents you will not be penalized. In the future we will be giving
everyone the number of the specified drivers as well as a list of people
attending numbers to avoid problems.
