Education

The Water Watch Education program allows college students and community volunteers to go into classrooms in local schools and educate about the importance of clean water.
Using lessons from Project WET (Water Education for Teachers) Water Watchers inform the students of issues surrounding water while engaging them in hands-on activites and games. We also organize community forums to educate residents and assist local groups in planning water festivals.

A representative sits on the education and outreach committee of Watershed Management Areas(WMA) 4 & 6 to learn what other groups are doing, and assist the WMAs in their education programming.
