BOWNESS CHOSEN FIRST TEAM ABCA MID-ATLANTIC ALL-REGION; MSU PUTS FOUR ON SQUAD, TWO ON GOLD GLOVE TEAM

Montclair, NJ (5/21/08) – Senior designated hitter Rob Bowness (right) was a named to the First Team as the American Baseball Coaches Association Mid-Atlantic All-Region Team. Montclair had four players selected, including two to the organization's Rawlings Gold Glove Team.

RED HAWKS PLACE FIVE ON NJCBA ALL-STATE TEAM

Montclair, NJ (5/19/08) – Senior designated hitter Rob Bowness (right) earned his second straight First-Team honor as Montclair State placed five players on the 2008 New Jersey Collegiate Baseball Association All-State Team. Bowness was joined on the First Team by fellow classmates Jeff Miller (right) and Lou Politan.
