Workshops for first time home buyers, lanlords and tenants are co-sponsored by HOMECorp. and COPC.

HOMECorp.'s mission is to provide safe, permanently affordable housing in Montclair and to promote neighborhood development. It seeks to strengthen the community foundation by assisting families who are largely disenfranchised from the robust housing market in Montclair.

The Housing Resource

The web-based Housing Resource was developed as a result of collaboration between HOMECorp, the Township of Montclair, the NAACP Housing Committee and COPC faculty, staff and students. It is designed to facilitate the exchange of information between the campus and community. Practitioners, residents, community leaders, faculty and students are encouraged to visit this website (click here) to learn more about options for equitable development and associations or organizations that support them, the offerings of local organizations and associations to meet the needs of residents.
