Adjustments:
The bias incident at the Newman catholic center was discussed in addition to the Montclarion cartoon.

II. Committee Reports

Mentoring:
E. Abreu discussed the implementation of “thank you mentor day” with Rick Brown’s leadership students occurring during the last week in January. Information regarding the survey will be ready for the commission in April.

III. Ongoing Business

AA-Day:
D. Lorenzo updated the commission about the 2 speakers/companies. Budget, logistics, cost needs analyses information was presented for the February 18th at event. Discussion was held about involvement with student groups including the SGA, NAACP, LASO and UAASO.

Accessibility:
A letter was sent to V.P Bressler expressing the PCAAD’s disappointment and requests for a “re-statement” about the improvements of the accessibility of doors and walkways. E. Stickland reported that the SGA passed an endorsement bill for accessibility for UH, College hall handicap access to all campus, with listings for specific buildings.
