The Procurement Services Department is committed to providing the highest quality of service by providing faculty, staff and students with the necessary supplies, equipment and services in the most efficient and effective manner in support of all the requirements of Montclair State University. A sound Procurement Services Department can enhance the image of an institution among all of its constituencies while supporting institutional goals and objectives.

The goal of the Procurement Services Department is to provide materials and services while obtaining the best possible price and quality within purchasing guidelines. The intent is to provide central accountability of institutional expenditures and to ensure procurement procedures that reflect sound business practices and comply with applicable governmental laws and regulations.
