My main focus is supporting the health and well-being of over 21,000 students during times of crisis and adverse circumstances. I believe in providing guidance, resources, and referrals to ensure students receive the help they need. Collaboration with faculty, staff, and campus partners is crucial in building a strong support network for student well-being.

As the overseer of the Office of Student Conduct and the Office for Social Justice and Diversity, I am dedicated to upholding due process and social justice principles while ensuring fair treatment for all students. I am also the Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Students and 504 Compliance Coordinator for Students.

With over 20 years of experience in higher education, spanning student affairs, compliance, academic advising, and enrollment management. My passion lies in creating an inclusive and positive community environment where all students can thrive. Currently, my mission is to support matters of crisis intervention, student conduct, diversity, equity and inclusion, ADAA/504, and Title IX with compassion, integrity, and excellence.
