Michael Oudshoorn is a Professor of Computer Science and Chair of the Department of Computer Science at Montclair State University.
In addition to providing leadership within the department, he is engaged in research in parallel and distributed systems. he is particularly interested in autonomic systems. Autonomic systems are those that are self-managing, self-organizing, self-protecting and self-optimizing.
His teaching interests include software engineering, compilers, and programming languages.
