May 14, 2012 - Senate Budget and Finance Committee reviews preliminary FY2013 Budget

June 1-30, 2012 - President makes preliminary budget allocations

July 1, 2012 - FY2013 begins

July 6, 2012- FY2013 operating budget adjustments are made based on final State Appropriation

July 26, 2012 - Final FY2013 budget is presented to Board of Trustees for approval
