July 27-August 14 - Review of Position Annoucement by VPAA and requests for changes by VPAA (Tentative)

August 14 - Ad copy forwarded by VPAA to deans and chairs for final review (Tentative)

August 17 - Payment for Fall '09 tuition and fees due

August 21 - Final Ad forwarded by VPAA to ad agency for publishing. VPAA-final approval of the Recuritment process.

August 26 - Applications submitted simultaneously to chairperson, PDL Committee, and first non-unit supervisor (names of 4 readers also to be submitted to PDL Committee) 
(Personnel Development leaves beginning prior to June 1, 2010)

August 30- Residence Halls open for First Year Students. Lunch is the first meal served.

August 31 - Residence Halls open for Returning Students
