March 4, 2013 - Vice presidents initiate Budget Calls within their divisions
March 11, 2013 - Operating departments begin development of budget proposals
March 22, 2013- Senate Budget and Finance Committee recommends FY2014 institutional budget priorities
April 5, 2013 - Units submit FY2014 budget proposals to appropriate divisional Vice Presidents
April 19, 2013 - Vice presidents forward recommended budget requests to Budget Office
April 22 - May 10, 2013 - Budget Office reviews divisional budget requests
May 20 - June 14, 2013 - President and Budget Office holds budget hearings with Vice Presidents and Deans
June 1-30, 2013 - President makes preliminary budget allocations
July 1, 2013 - FY2014 begins
July 8, 2013- FY2014 operating budget adjustments are made based on final State Appropriation
July 25, 2013 - Final FY2014 budget is presented to Board of Trustees for approval
