The Office of Advancement Services is responsible for the management of the various database applications used within the division.
The applications that are managed by this office are: the Raiser’s Edge (donor and alumni database), The Smart Call (call center)
database, and the back end of the Financial Edge (MSU Foundation accounting system). We manage the acknowledgement, receipt
and stewardship of all private donations to the University. In addition, we perform the prospect research for the development operations.
The office of Advancement Services is the primary contact for all requests for data on alumni/ae and can be requested by contacting the
Director of Advancement Services.
