Emeritus Status

The Board of Trustees, upon recommendation of the President, may provide emeritus status for a retiring president, academic vice president, dean, or professor, should it desire to recognize meritorious performance.  An emeritus faculty member shall have the right to attend and to speak at all faculty meetings.
