Outside Contracts

All contracts and agreements involving the University and outside groups must be signed by either the President, the Senior Vice President of Administration, or the Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs. Any contracts signed without the foregoing signatures could be construed as a personal liability on the part of the person or persons signing them.
