ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS

Withdrawal from the University

Any full-time undergraduate student wishing to withdraw from the University must complete the form, "Notice of Withdrawal/Leave of Absence" in the Office of Academic Advising, Morehead Hall, Room 132.  The withdrawal form requires the student to receive exit clearance from the Business Office, Financial Aid, Residence Life, etc.  The completed form must then be returned by the student to the Office of Academic Advising.  Completion of a Withdrawal/Leave of Absence Form DOES NOT CONSTITUTE COURSE WITHDRAWALS. Students requesting a Leave of Absence prior to the mid-point of the semester MUST also complete a "Course Withdrawal" form in the Office of the Registrar.
