Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee

An Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee is appointed by institutions that use animals in teaching and/or research. The purpose of the IACUC is to make sure that Montclair State University and the covered entities are in compliance with the Animal Welfare Regulations (AWRs) and Public Health Service (PHS) Policy.
