The meetings will be held on Mondays from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. in the University Hall Conference Center (7th floor) unless otherwise noted.

Dr. Ficke will engage the group in a conversation about reappointment, tenure and promotion processes.

Meetings by colleges/schools: each Dean will present to their new hires his/her vision and expectations for faculty, describe the different centers and departments units and introduce his/her staff members.

Colleagues from previos cohorts will be invited to discuss their experience with this program.
FSP Scholarly Agendas
Faculty will gather in small groups to converse about their respective agendas for the next couple of years. The resource faculty will
serve as facilitators and provide suggestions as needed.
