| May 21 | Grades for Spring 2013 semester will be available through WESS. |
| June 3 | Deadline for filing an Application for Final Audit for January 2014 degrees and/or certificates - October 1 for May 2014. |
| July 1 | Deadline for submission of grade changes for Incompletes received during the Spring 2013 semester |
| July 29 | Bills/Statements for the Fall 2013 semester tuition and fees will be posted to WESS Account Summary. Invoices will not be mailed; students should obtain billing and payment information via WESS or the Office of Student Accounts. |
| Aug. 19 | Payment for Fall 2013 semester tuition and fees are due. Payment options can be viewed via WESS. |
| Sept. 2 | Labor Day (No Classes) |
| Sept. 3 | Opening Day - Red Hawk Day ( No Classes) |
| Sept. 4 | First Day of Classes. |
| Sept. 4-10 | Final Add /Drop Period for Fall 2013 semester courses. |
| Sept. 10 | Drop deadline for 100% refund/adjustment. Final day for students to drop a Fall 2013 semester course(s) resulting in 100% refund/adjustment of tuition. Courses dropped at 100% may be processed either through WESS or by submitting written notice to the Office of the Registrar. (see: Withdrawal Procedures, Deadlines & Refund Policy). 50% refund/adjustment will be issued between September 11 - October 8, 2013. |
| Sept. 25 | Pass/Fail and Audit Application deadline (to audit courses) for full term Fall 2013 semester courses. |
| Oct. 1 | Deadline for filing an Application for Final Audit for May 2014 degrees and/or certificates - March 3 for August 2014 |
| Oct. 9 | Withdrawal deadline 50% refund/adjustment. Final day for students to withdraw from a Fall 2012 semester course(s) resulting in a grade of WD and a 50% refund/adjustment of tuition. Withdrawals may be processed either through WESS or by submitting written notice to the Office of the Registrar. No refund/adjustment issued after this date. |
| Oct. 15 | Deadline for submission of grade changes for Incompletes during Summer Sessions 2013. |
| Nov. 6 | Pass/Fail Application rescind deadline for full term Fall 2013 semester courses. |
| Nov. 6 | Withdrawal deadline no refund/adjustment. Final day for students to withdraw from a Fall 2012 semester course(s) resulting in a grade of WD and no refund/adjustment of tuition. No course withdrawal permitted after this date. |
| Nov. 11 | Registration for Spring 2014 and Winter 2014 begins (tentative date). |
| Nov. 28 - Dec. 1 | Thanksgiving Holiday (No Classes) |
| Dec. 11 | Wednesday designated as a Friday (for Friday day classes only; Wednesday day and evening classes do not meet) |
| Dec. 12 | Last Day of Classes. (Sunday December 8, 2013 for Friday evening and weekend classes). |
| Dec. 13 -19 | Final Examinations for Fall 2013 semester. (see Final Exam - Fall 2013 schedule). |
| Dec. 19 | End of semester. |
| Dec. 24 - Jan. 1 | Winter Break |
| Dec. 26 | Instructor deadline for submission of Fall 2013 final grades. |
| Jan. 3 | Grades for the Fall 2012 semester will be available through WESS. |
