WESS System Availability & Registration Chart (Fall)

REGISTRATION
April 9 - September 4, 2012
Current Students will be assigned Registration Priority dates between April 9 - April 16, 2012. To access your Registration Priority date, log on to WESS at wfs.montclair.edu and select Registration Status.

WESS SYSTEM AVAILABILITY
Monday through Friday 7am - 11pm & Saturday and Sunday 12 - 6pm

Montclair State University no longer mails paper bills or statements. All bills/statements will be posted and available for viewing on the WESS Account Summary website by July 30, 2012. Check your MSU e-mail and WESS account regularly to stay up to date with all of your registration, billing and financial aid information. If payment is not received by the due date as posted on WESS, your Fall 2012 schedule may be dropped or subject to a Late Payment Fee (see http://www.montclair.edu/studentaccounts/payment/). If you choose not to attend, you must officially withdraw from your courses. If you do not officially withdraw, you will be financially and academically liable for all charges on your bill. Students who do not drop their course(s) through WESS, or submit a written notice will receive the grade of "F" in those courses that they do not attend. In order to prevent financial and academic liability, students are responsible for reviewing their schedule through WESS to make certain that they have indeed dropped their course(s).
 

FINAL ADD/DROP PERIOD

Payment is due immediately for anyone who registers the first week of classes or if a class schedule is changed by adding a class during this period. Montclair State University does not mail paper bills or statements (see http://www.montclair.edu/studentaccount/payment/).
 

The University reserves the right to modify the availability of WESS.
