Is campus housing available for transfer students?

About 30 percent of transfers live on campus and take advantage of the programming and convenience of residence life. Housing is not guaranteed, so it is important to pay your enrollment fee and housing application fee as soon as possible. You can only apply for housing if you have been accepted to Montclair State University.

A $125 housing application fee, along with all enrollment fees and enrollment confirmation form, included in your admissions letter, must be received and processed for you to then complete the online RMS housing application. New transfer students will be able to complete their housing preferences in the Residential Management System (RMS) in mid-October.
