Booking Procedures

To ensure a smooth experience, complete the following steps to book your event

Step 1       Contact the Housing Services Coordinator, Malini Som:

Step 2       Complete the pre-registration form to tell us a little more about your anticipated stay with us. Click here.

Step 3       Return a certificate of insurance (if applicable).

Step 4       Return a typed registration roster with the name, address, and emergency contact phone number for each                   guest.

Confirm all information with Montclair State University, Residential Education and Services including arrival date and time, departure date and time, the number of participants, and the number of single and double occupancy rooms that will be needed.  It is recommended to confirm dining, parking, and conference room or field reservations with the appropriate office prior to arrival.
