Portuguese Language and Culture Club
The Portuguese Language and Culture Club seeks to unite the existing native Portuguese speakers in our community and promote awareness of the Portuguese Language and Culture within the entire community of Montclair State University.
The primary mission of the Portuguese Language and Culture Club is to provide an informal forum for exploring the different issues and topics related to the cultures of the Lusophone world; to create and sponsor events that address these issues; and to disseminate the importance of the Lusophone cultures and its immigrant communities in the US. The Portuguese Language and Culture Club provides a unique opportunity for students, staff and faculty at Montclair State University to gain firsthand insight into the Lusophone world regarding its culture and language.
