Commuters

Montclair State University is positioned as the second largest University in the state of New Jersey.

Approximately 80% of the student population are commuter students. In an effort to engage the commuter students in the MSU experience, special recourses and services are available.

Using the 6 dimensions of wellness, commuter students participate in programs to enhance the psychological, spiritual, ethical, physical, occupational and intellectual abilities necessary for achievement within a diverse student body as well as within a diverse society.

The mission of the office of the Commuter Association Resources and Services is to provide services, programs, advocacy, research and outreach for commuter students.
