The Center for Leadership Development and Campus Connections (LDCC) is made up of our team of undergraduate and graduate students dedicated to promoting leadership around campus. Our Center was created to increase student involvement and to promote leadership to all students at Montclair State University. Together we create ways for students to become involved in their college experience, facilitate leadership retreats for student organizations, design and present educational workshops in our Leadership Certificate Program, and provide other programs such as the Leadership Institute.
Current students who are interested in working with us are welcome to apply each Spring - Summer semesters for the upcoming Fall. There are many benefits and skills to learn from being on our team, some include;

While working with us, students have the freedom to make their own schedules. Minimal outside requirements are necessary for a position, but a passion for helping other peer students and understanding the benefits to co-curricular involvement is recommended!
