Reporting Lost I.D. Card

Prevent unauthorized spending on your meal plan, flex dollars, and Red Hawk Dollar accounts by reporting your MSU ID Card lost or stolen immediately.

If your ID Card is lost or stolen during normal business hours:
Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri - 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Stop by or call the ID Card Office at 973-655-4147 to freeze your account.

If your ID Card is lost or stolen outside of normal business hours:
Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri  - 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 a.m.
Thursday 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 a.m.
Saturday/Sunday/Holidays - 24 hours
Call the MSU Police Department 973-655-5222 to freeze your account.

The MSU Police Department will only be able to freeze accounts.  Accounts will only be un-frozen at the ID Card Office during normal business hours.
