Summer Sessions 2009
Welcome to Montclair State University Summer Sessions. We provide undergraduate or graduate courses to help you graduate on time, accelerate your degree program, provide flexibility with your schedule, or focus on challenging courses. The course schedule is posted on line in December and is updated as courses are added or dropped.
Montclair State's unique location provides easy access to all that New York City and New Jersey have to offer in the summer. The campus is served by two train stations and an on-campus bus stop that makes it easy to enroll in clases and still enjoy all the region has to offer. Take advantage of what Montclair Township and the surrounding communities have to offer such as the boutiques and eateries, bus service to the Willowbrook Mall in Wayne and bus and train service into New York City within 30 minutes.
MSU students, visiting students from other colleges and universities, including those who have been accepted at other colleges or universities to begin their studies for the next fall term, high achieving high school students and other adults are encouraged to enroll in classes this summer.
Also available are camps for children and youth, and Study Abroad programs. Our Summer A to Z Index will lead you to additional information on these programs and more.
On campus housing and dining options are available for all students from May 18 through August 6. MSU students may continue their housing during the last three weeks of August if they reside on campus during the fall semester.
