Welcome to Theatre & Dance at
Montclair State University!
Our programs feature both professional training and liberal arts study,
exceptional faculty, and successful graduates. With the campus
just 12 miles from New York City, our location offers students the
opportunity to see a wide variety of professional theatre & dance
on and off-Broadway and to get their feet wet with professional
internships, audition possibilities, and the arts resources of New York
City. Our students don't get lost in the crowd. While
course offerings are numerous, classes are small and students receive
personalized attention.
