Translation and Interpreting

This resource guide is devoted to the promotion of translation and interpreting as a result of a rapidly growing demand for translators and interpreters, which are among the fastest growing occupations in the United States (Bureau of Labor Statistics 2014). As a matter of fact the number of translators and interpreters is projected to grow 46 percent to 92,900 by 2022.

Please contact Dr. Laurence Jay-Rayon, in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures, for any question you might have involving translation or interpreting.
