Event Promotion

If your audience is Montclair State students/faculty/staff, promoting your event may be something you can do through your own department (in accordance with the guidelines noted below). On the other hand, if an event is large and can reasonably attract an audience from outside of our campus community (column 3), you should talk to your Dean’s office/Vice President’s office about working with University Communications.

LED Board on Valley Road

For an event to be placed on the LED board on Valley Road, it must:

• Be open to the public/of interest to the public
• Be expected to attract a large audience
• Advance the University’s goals
