Dedicated to Lawton W. Blanton, Jr., former dean of students, in 1982. Created with a 'mall' atmosphere, this building accommodates over 650 male and female students, in double rooms connected by a bathroom arranged as suites. Blanton has four wings, A, B, C, & D. Each wing houses 44 students per floor. It features an atrium with a cafeteria, glass elevators, air conditioning, spacious lounges, quiet study rooms and an overall comfortable living atmosphere. |
