New Jersey Transit is a new train station and a 1300-space parking facility on Clove Road, across the street from the new Village at Little Falls and across the Boonton Line train tracks from Yogi Berra Stadium. The station provides new rail access directly to and from Manhattan from Montclair State University's north end of campus for students, staff and visitors. In addition, improvements were being made to Clove Road to facilitate traffic flow.
The station consists of an 800-foot center island and bus pickup and drop-off location in front of it. Clove Road was realigned near the new station to better serve the station and the surrounding area.
