Partridge Hall was built in 1969 and renovated in 1994. It is dedicated to E. DeAlton Partridge, the third president of Montclair State. this building contains the School of Business. The first and second floors contain classrooms, computer labs and a lounge. The third and fourth floors house faculty and administrative offices.
