Resources for Writing Papers at MSU

Most of the support you will receive for writing at MSU will come from your professors – in first-year writing classes and beyond.  While students are often hesitant to attend office hours, they are the best way to get the specific writing advice and support that most students can benefit from.   A meeting with a professor is most productive if the student has something specific to discuss – an idea for a paper, a homework assignment that needs clarification, a draft of a paper.

Another great place for writing support is the Writing Center where trained tutors can sit down and work with writers intensively.
