Chad was always encouraged to pursue higher education by his parents, and thanks to their inspiration and support he became the first in his family to earn a college degree. He has since spent more than 25 years building dynamic, caring communities to advance educational causes and missions, to ensure others also have access to the life-changing benefits of education.
He works with companies, individuals, foundations and organizations to create lasting and powerful partnerships, taking great care to match resources to needs in order to produce the greatest impact and best outcomes.
In his current role as Executive Director for Corporate Relations & Development with the Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University, Chad engages the School's stakeholders to align resources to create mutual benefit and impact.
Before coming to Montclair, Chad served as Vice President with the Greater Twin Cities United Way, where he implemented over $30 million in fundraising programs which impacted more than one million at-risk individuals throughout the Minneapolis and Saint Paul metropolitan region.
He holds an MA in Leadership from Augsburg University and a BA in Psychology from Indiana University.
