Marisa MacDonnell is a Senior Research Associate at the Center for Research and Evaluation on Education and Human Services (CREEHS). Marisa's background is in evaluation and monitoring, with a focus on child development programs, community initiatives, and refugee resettlement.

Marisa holds a PhD in Family Science and Human Development from Montclair State University and completed a post-doctoral position at Rutgers University Social Emotional and Character Development (SECD) Lab. At CREEHS she primarily supports the Grow NJ Kids initiative, working closely with the rating and evaluation teams at the center.
