Step 2
Apply

Apply to the University, if eligible, through the appropriate Admissions department.

Step 3
Complete Questionnaire

Email to unpwaivprog@montclair.edu to obtain and complete a mandatory questionnaire. Please Note: This questionnaire is only sent to students once they have been accepted to the University.

Step 4
Complete the FAFSA

Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). If you have not already submitted a FAFSA form for the current academic year, please visit the FAFSA website to begin the process.

If you have further questions regarding the NJ DOL State Training Program, please be certain to email unpwaivprog@montclair.edu.
