Enter Montclair\u2019s Neuroinclusive Practice and Leadership Certificate <\/em>\u2014 a first-of-its-kind program designed in direct response to what major employers, managers, and community leaders told us they actually<\/em> need.<\/p>\n

What is Neuroinclusive Practice and Leadership?<\/h2>\n

Neurodiversity refers to natural variations in how people think, process, and experience the world. Leveraging the talents and skills of everyone in your workforce \u2014 including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and more \u2014 can significantly improve a company\u2019s results.<\/p>\n

Neuroinclusive practice means shifting the question from \u201chow do we fix the person?\u201d to \u201chow do we fix the environment?\u201d It\u2019s about intentionally designing workspaces, policies, and leadership approaches that support\u2014not just accommodate\u2014neurodivergent people.<\/p>\n

Through three courses (9 credits total), this certificate gives you the tools to lead that shift. You\u2019ll learn what true inclusion looks like, explore how neurodivergent-affirming practices differ from the norm, and gain strategies to apply in your workplace or client-facing role \u2014 whether you’re in business, healthcare, education, justice, or any space where people matter.
