Application Process for Hispanic Student College Institute

Applying is easy! Just follow the steps below. Completed applications are due on April 1st, 2018. Each application for admission is addressed individually, and the process is a competitive one. Students will be notified of their acceptance to the Hispanic Student College Institute by May 1st, 2018. If you have any questions about the application process, please email hsci@montclair.edu.

Step 1
Create Your Montclair State Account

Create a Montclair State University account online. Remember to keep your log-in information handy, as you will need it to check the status of your application at a later date.

Submit Your HSCI Application

After you have created your account, visit our list of applications and click on “Hispanic Student College Institute Application”. It is the last red button at the bottom of the list. Be sure to choose “Summer 2018” as your enrollment term.

Send in your Letter of Recommendation and Transcript

To complete your application, please have your guidance counselor mail or e-mail us a copy of your high school transcript and one letter of recommendation. Documents can be emailed to hsci@montclair.edu or sent to:
