Class of 1971 – 50th Reunion
Class of 1971, get ready to celebrate!
Isn’t it hard to believe it has been fifty years since you attended classes, labored over studying for exams and walked the beautiful campus at Montclair State?
The years have flown by and everyone has stories to tell and memories to share. A celebration will be tentatively planned for May 2021. The event will be filled with opportunities to reconnect with your alma mater and your fellow classmates. Indeed, this will be a joyous time for all! Before we can celebrate, we need to begin planning.
We need your help to plan an unforgettable celebration. Interested in joining the reunion committee? As a committee member, you will work with members of the Alumni Engagement team as well as fellow alumni to plan a successful reunion celebration.
Your role would be to:
- Encourage classmates to participate in the reunion;
- Conduct outreach via phone or email and invite classmates back to campus;
- Support the class gift in honor of your milestone anniversary and inspire others to do so; and
- Attend and enjoy your 50th reunion celebration!
Meetings are held monthly via conference call or Zoom.
If you are interested in serving on your 50th Reunion Committee or would like more information, please contact Karen at firstname.lastname@example.org or 973-655-4207.
Your 50th reunion class gift is a special opportunity to support scholarship and make a difference in the life of current Montclair State students. Consider making your gift in multiples of 50 to honor your 50th anniversary.
