Class of 2022… Can we Count You In?

The senior class gift is a proud Montclair State tradition where members of the graduating class invest in the University, joining alumni and fellow students in strengthening the areas of Montclair State that they love. Being a part of the senior class gift gives members of the Class of 2022 the opportunity to leave their legacy by making their first gift to the University. Gifts to any program or area at Montclair State count. You can choose to support greatest needs, student emergency funds or the program or club that means the most to you.

Why should I give?

All donations to the Class of 2022 – Senior Class Gift will directly support students’ success. Let’s join together to be counted in our class gift drive- #CountMeInMontclair

Every student at Montclair State has benefitted from donor generosity to areas of academic support, emergency funding for students and overall priorities to boost students’ success every day.
Your gift will pay it forward for future Red Hawks and kick-start your philanthropic connection to Montclair State.

How do I give?

The Class of 2022 – Senior Class Gift online campaign will launch in April 2022!

Gift amounts: 

  • $10 Commemorative button to wear at graduation
  • $20.22 Commemorative alumni medallion with a red and white ribbon to wear over your graduation robe. After graduation, clip it onto your keychain as a keepsake. This gift level also includes the commemorative button.
  • $40 Put your message in honor of your graduation in the 2022 commencement slide show. Share a message of gratitude to family for support or congratulations to fellow graduates.

Congratulations seniors! We are so proud of your accomplishments so far. We look forward to working with you as you head into your final semester and join the alumni network. Make an impact before you graduate by joining the Senior Class Gift Committee (SCGC). Now is your time to show your Red Hawk Pride and pay it forward!

As a member of the Senior Class Gift Committee, you can put your leadership skills to work and make a difference as a peer leader as you help educate your classmates about the importance of giving back and how it impacts the student experience at Montclair State University.
