Students and their families are invited to enjoy breakfast together to start off the Homecoming day celebration.

Alumni Welcome Tent
Open to: All Alumni
Time: 11:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location: College Hall
Cost: Free
Gather with fellow alumni, sign in, pick up your program for the day and your alumni gift and enjoy refreshments. Information will be available from Undergraduate Admissions, the University Bookstore and more.

CSAM: Science in Action: Jurassic!
Open to: Everyone
Time: 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
Location: Center for Environmental and Life Sciences Atrium
Explore the ancient world with professors and students in the College of Science and Mathematics! Did you know that dinosaurs once walked around Montclair State University? You can see their footprints and what they looked like at our new museum exhibit of Coelophysis, a dinosaur that roamed New Jersey more than 200 million years ago. Please join us in the Center for Environmental Life Sciences for hands-on activities where you will explore the history of Planet Earth and the Universe with scientists from many fields including astronomy, biology, chemistry, computer science, environmental science, geology, mathematics, and physics! We look forward to seeing you at our third annual, and special dinosaur-themed, Science in Action homecoming event!

CEHS: Fun with Chocolate
Time: 1:00 –  2:00 p.m.
Location: University Hall, Room 4011
Please join us for a student demonstration and tasting of a handcrafted chocolate bark infused with spiced orange and hazelnuts. Watch our students prepare this delicious and surprisingly healthy and tasty treat.

Feliciano School of Business – MBA Alumni Gathering

Alumni and current students of the MBA program are invited to gather for a networking opportunity, refreshments and to hear updates from the Feliciano School of Business. WMSC Radio Station Open House

Location: School of Communication and Media, Audio Production Center, 2nd Floor
Check out the award-winning radio station’s facilities. Take a tour of the station, catch a live broadcast, check out the equipment and record a station ID!

Campus Activities

Boardwalk Bash
Open to: Everyone
Time: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location: All over campus!
Cost: Free Admission / Concession Stands
Alumni, students, community and families are invited to gather for a boardwalk bash! Enjoy activities including face painting, balloon art, DJ, food, sweets, carnival rides, photo booths and inflatables. There will be fun for the little ones too. Enjoy carnival rides, games, and a petting zoo and check out a fire truck and EMT truck.

Enjoy craft beer, food trucks, wine, music and tailgate games and celebrate school spirit as we get ready for kick off! Pre-registration is highly encouraged to take advantage of the discounted rate. Additional food and drink tickets will be available for purchase at the event. Registration includes food, drink and a $5 contribution to The Fund for Montclair State. Cheer the Red Hawks on to victory as they take on TCNJ under the lights! Half-time festivities will include a performance by the Drums of Thunder and recognition of the Hall of Fame alumni.

George Segal Gallery – George Segal from the Permanent Collection of Montclair State University

Cost: Free
George Segal Gallery proudly presents George Segal from the Permanent Collection of Montclair State University. This exhibit features more than 20 works by American icon George Segal, all from Montclair State University’s Permanent Collection. Mostly known for his figurative sculpture, this exhibit focuses more on his two-dimensional work, including drawings, silkscreens, aquatints, and lithographs. Complimentary exhibition catalogs will be offered to alumni who stop by the gallery.
