NJCAP is a professional organization serving advancement professionals working in the field of Alumni Relations in the state of New Jersey. NJCAP provides the opportunity for sharing information and exchanging ideas with fellow alumni professionals from educational institutions throughout the state.<\/p>\n
Given the breadth and depth of the role of alumni engagement in building the foundation of a culture of philanthropy, understanding best practices \u2013 theory and implementation \u2013 is essential in running a strong program.<\/p>\n
NJCAP serves as the professional organization for the field of Alumni Relations that provides the opportunity for practitioners to delve into those best practices in key programmatic areas, including student engagement \/ philanthropy, young alumni outreach, effective reunion programs, working with our development colleagues, etc., and in measuring our success over time, including defining key metrics, getting tracking information into the database, and getting information out of the database in a meaningful way to present to leadership.<\/p>\n
Meetings are held quarterly and are hosted at various campuses.<\/p>\n
