One Day for Montclair is a day when the entire Montclair State University community comes together for a day of action and celebration! Your support on Thursday, April 25, 2024, will help us create opportunities, elevate achievements and celebrate our students.<\/p>\n

\u201cOne Day for Montclair is an opportunity for everyone \u2013 alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff and friends to come together on ONE DAY to do something special,\u201d says Kara Baldwin Brennan \u201992, Director of Annual Giving. \u201cOur Montclair community has been showing up for One Day and we are so excited for this year’s campaign. Remember it is about participation – so all gifts, no matter the size to an area of campus most meaningful to you will make an impact. Let’s Go Red Hawks!\u201d<\/p>\n

With generous matches and unique challenges, the impact of your gift could double, or even triple, its impact in the area of your choice. Join in the many challenges throughout One Day, including athletics, book funds, WMSC student leader challenge, specific colleges like College of the Arts (which area can get the most donor support), or give to an area of campus you feel most passionate about from schools and colleges and special funds like the Red Hawk Pantry to Zen Den, a student space addressing mental health creating a peaceful place for students to relax.<\/p>\n

Over the past 8 years, our donors have come together on One Day, to create, elevate and celebrate Montclair student dreams raising over $930,000. Please join us!<\/p>\n

The Latte Challenge<\/strong>
\nGifts of all sizes add up to make great impact! It\u2019s about participation \u2013 being part of something special. Give up your latte for One Day, one week or one month, and make that your gift to lift up the next generation of Red Hawks. Give a latte on One Day for Montclair and get a latte, coffee, tea, or bakery item. That\u2019s right. Your treat will be on us thanks to the generosity of our community partner, Java Love Roasting Co. All Donors will receive a $5 coupon to use up to May 31. Let\u2019s go Red Hawks!<\/p>\n

Become a #1Day4Montclair Champion!<\/strong>
\nHelp spread the word! Share your support on social media and reach out to fellow alumni as a #1Day4Montclair Team Champion. We have ONE DAY to reach as many Red Hawks as possible. To hit our goal, we need your help! As a thank you, you will receive Montclair State University Tech Stickers to showcase your Red Hawk pride. Bring in two additional gifts and receive a One Day for Montclair t-shirt! Champions who secure five gifts will receive a Montclair-branded tumbler. Your participation counts.
