Art and Design in London
The MFA program occupies a recently constructed, exclusively-dedicated facility including 22 large private studios; a mediated seminar room; common lounge and work areas; and a student MFA Gallery in Finley Hall South. In addition students have access to the Department of Art and Design's twelve discipline-specific fine arts studios in Calcia Hall and digital facilities in College Hall.
Beyond the classrooms, the University's proximity to New York City offers great advantages to MFA students, with Manhattan's unparalleled concentration of world-class artists, museums and galleries just 14 miles away. Such proximity enables students to visit professional artists in their New York-based studios as well as enables the program to attact high-profile contemporary artists to campus.
We are currently not accepting applications for the MFA in Studio program.
