The Conflicts Law was amended in January 2006 to include a mandatory training provision. As special State officers, trustees must review an on-line, narrated ethics training program. At the end of the on-line module, fill out the form to verify your completion of the training. Use the drop-down menu on the form to select “Montclair State University Board” as your “Department.” After you fill out the form, the State Ethics Commission will send a receipt for completion of the training module to the e-mail address used for registration. Print out a copy of the e-mail receipt to document your successful completion of the ethics training program.
