The Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University<\/a> will host \u201cThe Power of AI & Analytics on the Future of Work\u201d, a special event highlighting career opportunities in analytics, on Tuesday, October 1 from 4:30-6:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Industry leaders will be on hand for panel discussions highlighting their career journeys, the application of business analytics and AI in various industries, and will discuss how analytics and AI may shape the future of work . Current and prospective students will also have the opportunity to learn about Montclair\u2019s graduate-level programs in analytics and participate in a networking session as part of the two-hour program.<\/p>\n

The panel will feature several Montclair State University alumni working at some of the world\u2019s leading corporations, including Prudential Director of Talent Analytics Jordan Lytle \u201820, Aegis Vice President, Actuarial Michael Mancuso \u201809 and ADP Senior Lead Architect, Service Analytics Chris Ortiz \u201818<\/strong>. Marina Johnson, associate professor in the Information Management and Business Analytics department and the MSBA graduate program coordinator, will be facilitating the panel discussion.<\/p>\n

The Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University offers STEM-designated master\u2019s degree programs in Business Analytics<\/a>, Digital Marketing Analytics<\/a> and Human Resources Analytics<\/a> that prepare students for careers in the data-driven world of modern business. These programs can be completed in as few as 16-21 months and are offered in a hybrid or fully online format.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur programs go beyond classroom learning to first-hand application of knowledge and regular exposure to practitioners, across industries,\u201d says Feliciano School of Business Dean Kimberly Hollister. \u201cAI is a topic that\u2019s on the top of every \u2018Future Trends\u2019 list, but the truth is, our Analytics and Business students are dealing with it daily as they try to envision its implications in the world of work. The expert advice and intelligence that our panel of experts can offer are invaluable and can be put to good use by every attendee at this event, from current and prospective students and alumni to faculty and corporate professionals.\u201d<\/p>\n
