Presentation workshop on Sicilian Music Revisited by Enzo & Lorenzo Mancuso

Enzo and Lorenzo Mancusos' musical experience, which boasts among others the Best Soundtrack Award at the 2013 Venice Film Festival and a collaboration with director Anthony Minghella, lies between the evocation of ancient Mediterranean cultures and innovative research. In this presentation/workshop, they will share a variety of stories and anecdotes as well as vocal and instrumental techniques to investigate the expressiveness of traditional Sicilian songs in relation to contemporary theatre and music. Held in English and interspersed with Italian and Sicilian words.
