The Center for Cooperative Media will be hosting a live broadcast call-in show on Thursday. Our guest will be Professor Ellen Goodman of the Rutgers University Law School in Camden. She will be discussing her upcoming FAQ project at Rutgers and answering some of your questions on libel insurance, privacy, and other journalism-related legal issues.
It's important to remember that Professor Goodman will not be offering any actual legal advice. She will only be answering hypotheticals questions in the abstract, or on the basis of general legal principles.
